MIKE KEEGAN: England will be on familiar territory in Kansas City as they plot a first World Cup victory since 1966. According to reports in the US‚ Thomas Tuchel's side will be based at the Swope Soccer Village‚ which has been used by both Manchester clubs and Newcastle United on previous trips across the Atlantic. Argentina and the Netherlands will also set up camp in the Midwest city which has‚ perhaps‚ unexpectedly‚ become one of the tournament's major hubs.
